Rahul Nene’s maiden cycle ride through the Rann of Kachchh’s entirely barren but stunning white-salt landscape was truly an extraordinary experience. The sight of wild camels, migratory birds, and the region’s colorful mud houses enthralled the cyclist, who is now planning a bicycle expedition to the salt desert in Gujarat’s Kachchh district. Nene hopes that as many riders as possible from the city will join him on the four-day outing planned for next month.
